The HC150 Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC) unit is currently operating on a construction site in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The RIC unit is mounted on an SY500H excavator, forming a highly efficient solution for deep ground improvement and foundation reinforcement.

With an impact energy of 150 kJ, the HC150 Rapid Impact Compaction system achieves an effective improvement depth of 4 to 8 meters. The system is equipped with a 10-ton drop hammer, a 1.5-meter diameter tamping plate, and a working height of 5.7 meters, ensuring strong energy transfer into deep soil layers.

The HC150 Rapid Impact Compaction unit features a high blow frequency, easy relocation, and flexible site operation, making it suitable for a wide range of construction conditions.
